How am I paid?

You are paid for each reservation directly by the booking website. We invoice you our commission once per month after you have received payment.

You can log-in to view your occupancy and reserve dates for your personal or friends and family stays.

We create a guest welcome guide which includes house rules, how to use appliances and of course, some recommended places to eat, shop and visit in the area.

We ensure kitchen and bathroom essentials are topped up.

All this is included in our fee.

You are paid for each stay directly by the booking platform. We invoice you once a month but only after you have received payment.

We do not hold our owners to lengthy contracts. If you are not delighted with our service, simply give us 1 month’s notice and you are free to take your listings and guest reviews with you.

We understand your property is a valuable asset and we always treat it as such.
